At Constant Love Co., every item is made to order especially for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Color preference
• Buyer's remorse

We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we're always happy to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your experience matters to us, and we want you to love every piece you receive.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@constantloveco.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and the packaging

Once we review your request, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Quality & Production

Because every piece is made individually, slight variations in garment color, print placement, or fabric texture may naturally occur. These small differences are part of the made-to-order process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once your order has entered production, we are unable to cancel or modify it because it is being made specifically for you.
