At Constant Love Co., our pieces are made to order especially for you. Because we work with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners, your order goes into production after it is placed rather than being pulled from pre-stocked inventory.
Please allow a little extra time for your pieces to be made, packed, and sent your way. We promise they’re worth the wait. 🤍
Processing & Production Time
Most orders require approximately 3–7 business days for production before they are shipped.
Production times may vary slightly during holidays, launches, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside of our control.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping/transit time.
U.S. Shipping
We currently offer:
Standard U.S. Shipping — $7.95
Estimated transit time after production is approximately 9–15 business days.
Because each item is made to order, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed for production and delivery.
Free U.S. Shipping
Enjoy FREE U.S. SHIPPING on orders $150+.
The $150 minimum is based on your qualifying merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Split Shipments
Some Constant Love Co. pieces are fulfilled by different production partners. Because of this, an order containing multiple products may arrive in more than one package and on different days.
For example, your apparel and accessories may ship separately even if they were purchased together in the same order.
This is completely normal and does not mean anything is missing from your order. When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
You will not be charged again by Constant Love Co. simply because your order arrives in separate packages.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to begin updating after your shipping confirmation is sent.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries and regions.
International shipping rates and available delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your destination.
Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to production, carrier transit times, customs processing, and local delivery services.
Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply. Any charges that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy

Constant Love Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at hello@constantloveco.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Delays
While we always aim for your order to arrive within the estimated timeframe, shipping dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, high-order volumes, and other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
